We are a done-for-you lead generation and SDR agency that builds outbound systems, cold calling campaigns, and email sequences for B2B service providers selling to CPG brands. Our clients are operators. They expect sharp targeting, clean copy, and campaigns that perform on day one. We double check, triple check, and rework every campaign, every call script, every email, and every landing page until it is right. Attention to detail is not something we talk about here. It is the baseline. You will work directly with clients, own your campaigns end to end, and see the results of your work in real time. We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to own outbound execution for our clients. You will represent our clients' brands across every outbound channel, including cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach. You will build targeted prospect lists, write and send personalized outreach, make cold calls to decision-makers, and book qualified meetings that turn into real revenue for our clients. You will work directly with the founder, with daily communication over Slack and weekly check-ins to review pipeline, call performance, and what's next. Everything you put in front of a prospect needs to reflect the same quality our clients expect from everything else we deliver.

What you will do

Execute outbound prospecting campaigns on behalf of B2B service provider clients selling into the CPG space. Build targeted lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other research tools. Make outbound cold calls to decision-makers and hold real conversations, not script readings. Send personalized follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages to prospects across the full outreach sequence. Book qualified meetings directly onto client calendars and confirm every detail before it hits the schedule. Log every call, conversation, and outcome accurately in the CRM in real time. Track your own numbers daily and know where you stand without being asked. Communicate prospect feedback and market signals back to the team so we can sharpen targeting and messaging.

What we are looking for

  • Based in Austin, TX. The role is remote day-to-day, but we will periodically meet in person and you will represent Road to Rev at local CPG networking events.

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a similar role where prospecting was your primary job. Comfortable working inside CRM platforms, dialers, cold email tools, and LinkedIn. Quick to pick up new tools when needed.

  • A strong phone presence. You sound natural, confident, and conversational. You do not sound like you are reading a script even if you are.

  • Solid written communication. The emails and LinkedIn messages you send are clean, personalized, and sound like a real person wrote them.

  • Resilient. You hear "no" dozens of times a day and it does not slow you down. You understand that volume and consistency are what drive results.

  • Strong attention to detail. Meeting invites go out with the right time, the right link, and the right context every single time. Lead lists are accurate. Nothing sloppy leaves your hands.

  • You communicate proactively. Coworkers and clients never have to chase you for an update.

Strong indicators you are the right fit

You have booked meetings with prospects who ignored your first three attempts. You can shift your tone and messaging between a 3PL founder and a packaging company VP without missing a beat. You are genuinely curious about the businesses you are calling into, not just trying to hit a number. People who have worked with you would say you are a natural on the phone and sharp in writing.

What we cannot teach

You do not need to check every box above on day one. We can train you on the tools, the scripts, and the CPG landscape. What we cannot teach is the drive to pick up the phone, the discipline to follow up on the fifth attempt, and the pride in making sure every touchpoint is tight.

Bonus

Familiarity with the CPG industry or B2B service businesses. Experience working at or with a lead generation or SDR agency. Existing comfort with GoHighLevel, Apollo, or Instantly.

Compensation

$37+ on-target earnings hourly rate. Base plus performance bonuses for every qualified meeting held.

This role starts part-time with a path to full-time as we grow.
