Road To Rev builds done-for-you outbound systems for B2B service providers selling to CPG brands. Our clients are 3PLs, food brokers, packaging designers, fractional CFOs, compliance consultants. They are operators who expect sharp targeting, clean copy, and campaigns that perform on day one. We hold ourselves to a standard higher than anything a client would ever ask for.

We are hiring a Client Operations Specialist to own the execution side of client delivery. You will work directly with the founder. You will be the person responsible for building, launching, and managing every system we deliver. That includes the creative work (ad images, video, landing page design) and the technical work (campaign setup, tracking, reporting). Everything you touch needs to be airtight before a client ever sees it.

What you will do

Build and launch complete lead generation systems for new clients, including landing pages, Meta ad campaigns, Google ad campaigns, cold email infrastructure, and tracking setup. Create ad creative, including images and video, for paid campaigns. Monitor live campaign performance and flag issues before they become problems. Generate client reporting and communicate results clearly and on time. QA every deliverable thoroughly before it goes live. Manage client communication during implementation and ongoing delivery. Keep timelines tight and never let a detail fall through.

What we are looking for

Based in Austin, TX. The role is remote day-to-day, but we meet in person and you will represent Road To Rev at local CPG networking events. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, paid media, or a similar execution-heavy role. Comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, landing page builders, cold email platforms, and CRM tools. Quick to pick up new tools when needed. A creative eye. The ad creative and landing pages you build look polished and professional. Strong attention to detail. You catch typos, broken links, misaligned targeting, and incorrect tracking before they go live. You move with urgency and communicate proactively. Clients never have to chase you for an update.

Bonus

Familiarity with the CPG industry or B2B service businesses. Experience working in or with a lead generation agency.

Compensation

$30/hour plus performance bonuses based on a percentage of billings on every account you manage. This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as we take on more clients.
